Navigating Holiday Stress

Do you find this time of year comes with a build up of demands?
If you celebrate Christmas is it you single handedly builds the family Christmas?Do you find your schedule fills with extra events at work, friends, school and family?

You may find you feel very time and energy stretched at this time of year.
Come to our December workshop and learn how to navigate these storms, manage your stress and cultivate a peaceful and more fun loving state of mind.

I’ll lead you through 2 Yoga sequences to bring you strength as well as calm and promote equanimity.
You will learn mindfulness techniques to use as go to emotional first aid techniques whenever needed. To finish you will be lead through a wonderful 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful relaxation technique sometimes called Yoga sleep.
