All my Yoga classes are for all body types, men and women, beginners to the advanced.
Everyone is warmly welcomed.
You will be guided through poses made easier or more challenging by being “regressed and progressed” with modifications to meet your energy levels and your unique body.

You will also learn simple meditation and pranayama techniques to set you up for a great night’s sleep and a steadier approach to life.

“I feel very lucky to have found Sarah as my yoga teacher and I have been attending regular classes with her for 2 years. She stands out from other teachers I have tried here due to the diligence and care she takes with her students, her attention to keeping the lessons fresh and interesting and her ability to help you to understand yoga at a deeper level. She is also a lovely person to be in a class with!”

Private Lessons

Would you like a private lesson?
I’m now offering 1 to 1 classes or groups of up to three at The Pump House, St Cross or your home or work place if in Winchester,
I also regularly teach 1:1 online via Zoom if in person isn’t possible.

Private classes are a wonderful opportunity to practice Yoga in class tailored specifically to your needs.
I set helpful and relevant homework yoga homework to augment our lessons (that’s optional) and am available via WhatsApp during the week for questions and support.

I can help you with
- Particular poses you might want to get better at
- Form a consistent meditation or pranayama practice
- Tailor make and teach you a home sequence for you to do at home
- Or just teach you the sequence I think would be best for you

Private classes are also an effective way to work around specific injuries or limitations you may have.
Feel free to buy a private class with me as a gift to a friend who you think could do with some more Yoga in their life.

Please contact me at info@sarahbyoga.net to set up time to talk.

*Please note my usual no refund 24 hour cancelation policy applies to private classes.
Prices are £65 for one hour and/ or £175 for a block of three.

About Sarah

I began my Yoga practice as a teenager and has since immersed myself in various styles of yoga including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Anusara and Yin.

I have taught Yoga since 2007 and have trained to the highest level (E-RYT 500) with Noah Maze.
I have completed further extensive trainings with Christina Sell, Christopher Wallis, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sarah Powers, Judith Hanson Lasater and others in Asia, the UK and the US.

I lead workshops, retreats and trainings all over the world teaching with a clear purpose, clarity in the details and with utmost duty of care to my students. My teaching is known for its intense commitment to learning combined with humour, warmth and loving kindness.

I remain an avid Yoga student, always progressing my own practice and knowledge to keep my and my students' learning inspired. My hope is to guide people to cultivate more depth of self-awareness and become better, happier versions of themselves through passing forward all that has helped me from this amazing science and art of Yoga.

My articles on Yoga have been published in various guest blogs and magazines including Elephant Journal, Expat Living, Yoga International and YogiTimes.
I recently returned to the UK after living and teaching for 30 years in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Spain and Singapore.
