MONDAY 8PM YOGA CLASSES IN CRAWLEY

Our Spring term of six weeks from March 30th to May 11th (no class on bank holiday April 6th) is now open for registration.
Dates for the diary: March 30th, April 13th, 20th, 27th, May 4th, 11th.

Friendly and supportive seventy-five minute Yoga classes on Monday evenings at the Crawley Village Hall, Winchester.

These fun and friendly Monday evening Yoga classes are for women and men where beginners to the more advanced are all warmly welcome.

You will get you a good understanding of alignment based poses made easier or more challenging with modifications to meet your energy levels and your unique body. Simple meditation and breathing techniques (Pranayama) followed by deep relaxation will all set you up for a great night's sleep.

These classes are slow paced and are designed for all ages.
They’re ideal for tight athletes to people simply wanting to increase their range of motion and improve strength.

I’ll teach you how to build poses from the ground up and give you options to make difficult positions more accessible, or more challenging, as appropriate to your experience and ability.
