Beat Away The Winter Blues

Relax, do great yoga and have fun on a heart-warming Saturday morning Yoga workshop with me.

The post-Christmas and New Year period can be a trying time.
The fun seems to be over, and the days still long and dark. SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is a difficult problem for many and, at best, we tend to be less social and can feel isolated.
This can really bring out the blues.

So book in a super positive yoga experience with me and other like-minded people in a cosy, warm village hall to look forward to.

Where: The Crawley Village Hall, Winchester
When: Saturday 10th January 2026, 10 am - 12 pm

We’ll begin with uplifting and inspiring poses for strength and poise, then smoothly change to more nurturing, calming and restorative poses.
You will be guided with options to make poses more doable or more challenging, for you to choose from depending on your ability and energy levels on the day.

You will also experience a blissful guided mediation and learn a simple pranayama (breathing) technique to embed your practice.
I also have two particularly beautiful poems for you to dream away to for when it’s time for a deeper dive into the heart.
