Tuesday 9.15am Yoga Classes at the Community Centre, Badger Farm

For info on the 7.30 pm Tuesday class go here

Join me and a wonderful group of Winchester locals of all abilities and ages for friendly, weekly Yoga classes.
You get so much more from learning Yoga with the same group each week, developing connections and friendships in tandem with looking after your body, mind and spirit.
We have room for a few more yogis in our lovely space at the Badger Farm community centre, from complete beginners to seasoned Yogis.
Our next term is seven classes starting February 17th all through March to Tuesday 31st.

If any of these classes clash with your other commitments, there are catch up classes for you at Crawley on Monday evenings, Tuesday 7.30pm class at Badger farm or my online classes, including keeping the recording if you can’t make it live.

You can register one class at a time if there is space, but I encourage everyone to make a saving and commit to your yoga practice by registering for a full term.

Open to women and men over 16 years of age, these yoga classes place emphasis on learning poses to build strength, flexibility, balance and a better mind/ body connection and flow.
You will also be lead through simple, practical and short meditation and pranayama (breath) techniques to deepen your practice and tie it all together.

Beginners to the more advanced are warmly welcome.
These classes are slow paced and are ideal for tight athletes to people simply wanting to increase their range of motion and improve strength.

- Build an even distribution of strength
- Hone joint mobility and flexibility throughout your body
- Relax more affectively, release tension, sleep better and feel more at ease
- Improve your posture, poise and balance
- Learn simple meditation and pranayama techniques you can practice in your own time
- Join a group and make friends with some lovely locals
- Reset your mid week in a positive, fulfilling way

Please bring your own mat, a towel and a water bottle.

About Sarah

I’ve been teaching full time since 2007 and hold the highest level of qualifications (E-RYT500) with Yoga Alliance, US.
I started Yoga as a teenager and practice many styles, predominantly Iyengar, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Vinyasa.

I completed my first teacher training in 2007 and began teaching whilst living in Spain. I continued training as a teacher whilst living in Asia and took advanced training courses in Singapore, the US, Indonesia and London.
I’ve lead courses on Yoga International.com, Patreon.com and have had articles on Yoga published in international Yoga magazines.
I was a lead teacher at Apple inc, Singapore and have taught at and build programs at numerous studios, universities and at a corporate level worldwide.

I teach online and in person, lead classes at festivals and international retreats, and offer mentorship programs for teachers. Blending all I feel works well from the Yoga styles I’ve enjoyed, I endeavour to create a fun, engaging learning environment for all levels.

My hope is to guide people to cultivate deeper self awareness and to ignite a spark for living life with a clear purpose and poetry.
My classes are known for their warmth, easy to follow progressions and regressions in poses, clarity and attention to detail.

The physical benefits of Yoga are clear and outstanding, what also excites me is witnessing how the on going practice of Yoga uplifts us emotionally and spiritually and cultivates deeper self awareness.
