Keep stepping into 2026 with some wonderful Yoga in a warm and friendly community of down to earth Winchester locals.
Register for our new six class term of Tuesday 7.30pm classes from February 17th to March 31st.
*No evening class on February 24th.
You get so much more from learning Yoga with the same group each week, developing connections and friendships in tandem with looking after your body, mind and spirit.
We have room for a few more yogis in our lovely space at the Badger Farm community centre, from complete beginners to seasoned Yogis, and I would love you to join me!
If any of these six classes clash with other commitments, you join catch up classes with me at the Tuesday 9.15AM class also at Badger Farm, Monday evenings at Crawley or one of my live online classes.
You can also register one class at a time but I encourage you to commit and prioritise your yoga practice by registering for a full six week term.
Committing to a term of classes gives you a saving and me the assurance of the hall rent being covered and keep our classes going.
So join me, Sarah Barguirdjian and a wonderful group of men and women of all ages and abilities for some fun, accessible Yoga.
Beginners to the more experienced are warmly welcomed and taken care of, with options to modify poses to make them more doable or more challenging.

Open to women and men over 16 these yoga classes emphasis physical, pose work whilst honing self awareness linking the mind, body and breath.
These classes are slow paced and are ideal for tight athletes to people simply wanting to increase their range of motion and improve strength.
