Liforme mats have a handy navigational tool for your Yoga asana practice. This combination of intelligently laid markers gives you as much, or as little, guidance as you need.

The absorbent, smooth top layer provides a fantastic grip, even when sweaty-wet and the mat thickness is just right to give good cushioning but enough firmness to keep you balanced in one legged standing poses.

Each mat comes with a sturdy, well designed mat bag with an adjustable strap.
I’ve been bashing mine about for four years and it’s still good as new.
