I’m Sarah Barguirdjian (E-RYT500) a British Yoga teacher based in Winchester, UK.

I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 30 year and teaching classes, workshops, retreats and trainings in Spain, Singapore, London, Thailand and Indonesia, since 2006.

I’ve worked as a lead teacher in top studios, with major corporations and universities and as a successful independent business owner teacher.

I teach live and prerecorded classes and courses online on YouTube, Patreon and Yoga International and have published articles in top Yoga and health magazines.

Despite those years of experience, I still remember how it feels to be a new teacher!

Even after my second 200 hour training I was still battling with imposter syndrome.
I would have jumped at the chance to do a mentorship program like this if it had existed back then!
So I’m very happy to be able to offer this carefully curated program to you.

You’ve come to the right place for the tools and expert guidance to be a well rounded and successful Yoga teacher and to be the Yoga teacher who stands out in our crowded Yoga teaching profession.

After 6 months I feel much better prepared for teaching. I’ve strengthened and deepened my teaching practice. I now really think much more and reflect on what I teach.
Sarah has such a wealth of knowledge and is supportive all the way on your mentee journey. Openly sharing her experience and resources along the way.

On a side note. I had just moved back to the UK which was unexpected at the time of signing up to the course, but I’m glad I had signed up as it was a consistent in my life amongst the change. The course kept me motivated and supported me to keep teaching in a new city and country.

It’s also been lovely to follow the journeys of my fellow mentees and watch how they have strengthened in confidence along the way.
I’d give the course 5 stars.
Thank you Sarah”

Each module will be introduced with a half day (4 hour) webinar every 1st Friday at 9am UK time.
